Text Message (SMS) Program

Program

Wheels on Wheels sends transactional text messages about the medical-transportation rides you book: booking confirmation, driver assigned, driver en route, driver arrived, ride complete, cancellation, and return-ride activation. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

How you opt in

During account signup and ride booking you provide your mobile number and check a consent box that reads: “By providing my mobile number, I agree to receive transactional ride-status text messages from Wheels on Wheels. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

• Wheels on Wheels: your ride from 123 Main St is confirmed for Tue Mar 12 at 9:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
• Wheels on Wheels: your driver is on the way to 123 Main St.
• Wheels on Wheels: your ride is complete. Thank you for riding with us.
