Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 4, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Wheels on Wheels platform and transportation services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Services
Wheels on Wheels Transportation Services provides non-emergency, wheelchair-accessible transportation booking and coordination for riders, caregivers, and healthcare facilities. This is not an emergency service — for emergencies, call 911.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. Riders must be 18 or older, or have a caregiver book on their behalf.
4. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations
Fares and membership fees are shown before you confirm a ride. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Cancellations made after a driver is assigned may incur a cancellation fee, which is disclosed at the time of booking.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, Wheels on Wheels sends transactional text messages about your rides — confirmations, driver assignment and arrival, and trip completion. Message frequency varies with your ride activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or by turning off SMS updates in your account settings; reply HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with any third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver ride-related updates.
6. Rider Conduct
Riders and companions must not endanger drivers or vehicles. We may refuse or end service for unsafe behavior.
7. Health Information
Your protected health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy & HIPAA Notice.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Services.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
